CHEERLEADERS
Practice week of August 18th
Monday - Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 PM
C-Squad: Mon-Wed 6 to 7:30PM
- Please make sure your child brings plenty of water. It is important to encourage your child to drink water, before, during and after practice so they stay properly hydrated.
Cheerleaders should wear: cotton shorts or athletic shorts (please no jean shorts), appropriate tops, that can be tucked in to their shorts if need be, sneakers (please no skater shoes), no jewelry and put your hair up if possible.
- Please also refer to the handouts your coaches gave you.

Will be given out on the last day of practice each week. Please be sure to read through it.

Adopt a Cleats or a Pair of Shorts
or donate if you have any decent cleats or shorts you don't need.
*** If anyone is in need of cleats please let us know the size you need and if we have any they’re yours. Same with shorts for cheerleaders and football players. We cannot guarentee we’ll have your size but we’ll try. Please contact Shannon Collins 638-7171
